Which operating systems do you support for the mobile app?

The Bundeling app is available in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The app is supported on the following operating systems and their latest versions:

  • Android OS 6 or newer

  • iPhone iOS 12 or newer

How can I send users a link that leads directly to the app in the app stores?

In the invitation email that a user receives there are two buttons available which lead directly to the app in the app store. Clicking on one of these buttons automatically redirects the user to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The necessary login details are encrypted in this button, which automatically logs the user in in the app to make the process as accessible as possible for your users.

How can I update the mobile Bundeling app?

To ensure that the app operates as smoothly as possible, we are continuously working on improvements. This means that new versions of the app frequently become available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. We always recommend to keep your app up-to-date and install the latest version, to have access to the newest features.

Have you installed an old version of the app and experience some issues? Update the app manually so that you have the latest version of the app. Take the following steps to update the app:

  • Open the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store on your device.

  • Search the Bundeling app and tap to open the page in the app store.

  • If an update is available, tap the Update button to download the latest version.

  • After downloading the update, this button will be replaced with a button to Open the app.

The app is now updated to the latest version and ready to use.

How can I ensure that the app is automatically updated to the latest version?

If you enabled automatic updates the app is automatically updated to the latest version. Do you want to enable automatic updates for apps on your device, so you don't have to manually check if a new version is available? Take the following steps if you're an iOS user:

  • Open the Settings of your device.

  • Navigate to the settings of the App Store app.

  • Enable App updates to automatically install new app updates.

Or, if you're an Android user:

  • Open the Google Play Store

  • Open the Google account you are logged in with in the Google Play Store.

  • Navigate to the Settings of your Google account.

  • Navigate to Network preferences.

  • Tap Auto-update apps and enable automatic updates.

Your device will install updates when a new version of the app is available.

Change app settings

Can I change my password?

Yes, this is possible. In the settings of the (web) app you can easily change it to a password of your choosing:

  • Open the (web) app

  • Tap or click the settings icon at the bottom of the menu to open the Settings.

  • Navigate to Security > Change password.

  • Enter your current and new password and tap or click Change password.

How can I edit my profile?

In your profile you can add all information you want to share with the community. Add a nice profile picture to make your profile more recognisable or add your phone number so other users know how to reach out to you:

  • Open the (web) app.

  • Tap or click the settings icon at the bottom of the menu to open the Settings.

  • Tap or click Edit my profile.

  • Edit your profile and click Save.

Can we change the name Bundeling below the app icon on the phone's homescreen?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. You can, however, change the app symbol to your organisations app icon in the settings.

How can I change the app symbol on the homescreen of my device to the app symbol of my organisation?

The Bundeling app is branded in the look and feel of your organisation. To complete the look you can change the app symbol of the Bundeling app on your phone’s homescreen:

  • Open the app on your mobile device.

  • Tap or click the settings icon at the bottom of the menu to open the Settings.

  • Tap or click Change app icon.

  • Select the icon you want to display on the homescreen.

App icons for new apps become available in the next update of the Bundeling app

What does the desktop icon in the bottom of the menu mean?

A desktop icon is displayed in the bottom of the menu of the mobile app: this feature is only available for platforms that include Bundeling For Web. This desktop icon makes it possible to scan a QR code on and easily login to the webversion of Bundeling.
