What is the activity log?
All actions are registered in the activity log. In this overview you can see which user has performed a specific action. It’s possible to filter this data. The actions of users are available to a certain extent due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What do the numbers for installations on the network activity page mean?
These numbers indicate how many users have installed the app. And what percentage that percentage is compared to the total number in the app.
What dimensions should I use for adding images in the app?
Images are automatically scaled in the app, so there are no specific dimensions. To achieve the best results, you can best maintain the following recommended dimensions. This differs for the web app, depending on the size of the device.
Advertisements: 290 x 100 pixels
Header image: 1024 x 410 pixels
Chat and profile pictures: square for the best result (100 x 100, 200 x 200, etc.)
Advertisements
For advertisements in the Bundeling app a size of 290 x 100 pixels is recommended. This size ensures that advertisements display well within the app and attract users' attention. Images with a different size are automatically scaled, but using an image with the recommended size can increase the visual appeal of the advertisement.
Header image
For the header image of news items, events and polls it is recommend to use images with a size of 1024 x 410 pixels. Images with this size are displayed optimally in the mobile app.
For the best results of header images in the webversion, it is important to place relevant content within the dimensions 1000 x 250 pixels.
Chat and profile pictures
For chat and profile pictures, a square image is recommended for the best results. Dimensions such as 100 x 100, 200 x 200 pixels etc. are suitable. Square images are often used for profile pictures, because they fit well in the designated frames and create uniformity in the user interface.
