Forms explained

What are the possibilities with the forms plugin?

The possibilities are endless, because forms can be created completely according to your own wishes. With our forms plugin you could conduct a survey, collect information about dietary wishes, create digital workplace inspection forms, collect information about guests for events, digitize leave requests or declaration forms and much more. Creating a form makes it possible to choose from a variety of input fields, such as text fields, date/time fields, checkboxes, images and even a digital signature.

Using forms for event attendance

Forms can be used in a versatile way. If you need to know more about the visitors for your event, you can easily request this information by creating a form and attaching it to the attendance registration of an event. Learn more about events in the Activities article.

  • Navigate to Forms in the Dashboard.

  • Click the Add button at the top of the screen.

  • Add the desired settings for the form.

  • Create the form by adding available input fields.

  • Click Save to save changes.

Where can I find the forms users completed?

All forms users completed are available in the Dashboard, where you can export the data in these forms to an Excel spreadsheet to create your own statistics.

  • Navigate to Forms in the Dashboard.

  • Click the Form.

  • Click Export form at the top of the screen to download an Excel spreadsheet with all data for completed forms.

It’s also possible to access completed forms individually and download them as PDF-files:

  • Click the completed Form you want to view or download.

  • Click Export PDF at the top of the screen to download a PDF file with the completed form.

How can I make sure a user can fill out the same form more than once?

  • Navigate to Forms in the Dashboard.

  • Add or Edit the form.

  • Check the box Can be filled in multiple times.

  • Click Save to save changes.

How can users receive a copy of the form they have completed?

If you want users to receive a copy of the form they completed, you can select this in the form settings:

  • Navigate to Forms in the Dashboard.

  • Add or Edit the form.

  • Check the box Send a copy to the user.

  • Click Save to save changes.
